5 Booths That Stood Out At Design Milestone 2025

Before the conversations begin, before a single product is unveiled, a design fair reveals itself through the spaces it creates. At Design Milestone, every brand arrives with more than a collection. It brings a point of view. Through materials, form, light, craftsmanship, and spatial storytelling, exhibitors transform their booths into immersive environments that reflect the spirit of their work.
The previous edition witnessed a remarkable range of interpretations, from sculptural installations and tactile material explorations to interactive experiences and thoughtfully choreographed layouts that invited visitors to pause, engage, and discover. As we revisit some of the most memorable exhibition spaces from the last edition, we look beyond the products on display to the ideas, narratives, and creative decisions that shaped each brand’s presence at the event.

Born From The Earth

form, the Omogenea installation created an immersive environment built around layers, depth and natural formations. The booth used suspended sculptural elements, contour-inspired lighting across the ceiling and floor, and a dark, focused setting to recreate the movement and intensity of geological landscapes. Inspired by the journey from molten core to refined surface, the space highlighted raw textures, organic forms, and tactile surface details. The installation showcased the Omogenea collection by Dimore Surfaces, bringing together the expressive qualities of nature with innovative surfaces designed for architectural spaces.

A Curved Sojourn

Designed by Maha and Vijay, founders of Design Doodle, the RR Decor booth took a bold and expressive approach with a space built around movement, colour and layered storytelling. The flowing facade, curved openings, and patterned surfaces created an immersive walkthrough experience, where each section revealed a different interaction between wallpapers, fabrics and decor elements. The booth brought together RR Decor’s latest Jim Thompson wallpaper collection, the rich textures of handwoven silks by Rasaya and luxury fabrics by Arezzo, highlighting the role of textiles and surfaces in transforming interior spaces. Founded by Rohit Khemka, RR Decor continues to bring together internationally celebrated design houses with a focus on craftsmanship, materiality and intricate details.

The Cosmic Carnival

Created as a universe of art, mythology and imagination, Cosmic Carnival transformed the booth into an experiential design landscape shaped by storytelling. Designed by Aditya Kajaria in collaboration with Siddhant Dhariwal, the space unfolded through organic tree-like structures, layered textures, dramatic lighting, and a mix of sculptural elements that encouraged visitors to explore each corner. Drawing inspiration from the Kovidara tree, the Ram Mandir flag, and the idea that “life is a carnival,” the installation brought together symbols of divinity and nature through pieces like Matsya, inspired by Lord Vishnu’s avatar, and the Sunderban Floor Lamp. From woven rugs and detailed wall art to the CNC-cut hibiscus by Tosh Gold and leather-finish marble lotus by Atlantis Marbles, every element contributed to a narrative of preservation, abundance and artistic expression.

Blue and Beyond

Centred around a sense of stillness and calm, The Blue Pearl Narrative created a serene immersive space through soft textures, layered blues, and sculptural forms. The booth used a restrained colour palette, draped ceiling details, focused lighting, and thoughtfully placed objects to create an environment that encouraged visitors to slow down and experience each design piece. Inspired by the symbolism of the blue pearl, the fluidity of the peacock feather, and the protective presence of the evil eye, the collection translated ideas of clarity, balance, and mindfulness into contemporary design. Featuring pieces such as the Mayura Chair, Sutraya Bench, and Aabha Pouff, along with textiles developed in collaboration with Fazo Project, the installation showcased  ’ approach to materiality, craftsmanship, and creating emotive interior spaces.

Larger Than Life

Designed around the movement and emotion of fabric, this booth created a larger-than-life experience through sweeping drapes, sculptural textile forms, and a dramatic play of scale. The rich red backdrop, suspended fabric installation and live violin performance added a theatrical layer to the space, turning the display into a sensory experience of sight, sound and texture. Intimate sections within the booth highlighted the finer details of the collection, from intricate embroideries and fluid sheers to layered fabrics crafted for contemporary interiors. Founded by Ammaor Sanganeria, Packman Home Furnishings brought together craftsmanship, functionality and timeless textile design through a collection that explored how softness, light and movement shape a space.
From immersive installations to thoughtfully crafted spatial experiences, these booths reflected how design can be explored through space, material and storytelling. Each showcase brought a distinct perspective to Design Milestone 2025, highlighting the many ways brands continue to experiment with how ideas are presented and experienced.
